Contact Co. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed and shipped within up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
  • Custom orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, unless they are bulk orders. For bulk orders, please contact support@contactco.com for an estimated timeframe.
  • Orders received after 1 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 (5-7 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $60 (excluding tax)
  • We currently do not offer expedited or express shipping.
    • If you require faster shipping, please email support@contactco.com before your order is processed to check if an accommodation can be made.
    • If expedited shipping is available, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost, which will be invoiced before shipment.

Shipping Carriers

  • Most orders are shipped via USPS, but we reserve the right to use any carrier that best fits the order.

International Shipping

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking updates will be available once the carrier scans your package into their system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Contact Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed to the carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly.
  • For assistance, email support@contactco.com with your order number.
