30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – Hassle-Free Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking information) for a full refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Support First:

 

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Shipping Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

  • The item must be in like-new condition, with no physical damage from use.

3. Refund Details:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.

 

  • The refund will cover the price paid for the product, minus shipping costs (if you received free shipping, a standard deduction of $4.95 or the actual shipping cost will apply).

 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Defective Product Policy – Free Replacement

If your product is defective or not working, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product (based on tracking information). Please contact Support@contactco.com for assistance. Our process for defective units is different from standard returns.

  • Before issuing a replacement, we will troubleshoot the issue to confirm the defect.

 

  • You must complete the troubleshooting process with our support team to qualify for a replacement.

 

  • If the product is deemed defective, you will not be required to ship it back.

 

  • Once confirmed as defective, we will ship you a replacement unit at no additional cost.

One-Year Warranty Plan

We offer an optional one-year warranty plan that covers defects and accidental damage.

  • The warranty does not cover loss or theft.

 

  • Customers who purchase a warranty are eligible for up to two free replacements within the one-year coverage period.

 

  • Shipping costs for replacement units are covered by Contact Co., and customers will not be charged for shipping.

 

How to Use Your Warranty

  1. Contact Support:
  • If you purchased a warranty and need assistance, email Support@contactco.com to initiate the warranty process.

2. Warranty Assessment:

  • Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and collect relevant details to evaluate the claim.

 

  • If the issue falls under warranty coverage, we will provide a replacement unit at no additional cost, including shipping.

Subscription Modifications

Customers are in full control of their Contact Co. subscription and can modify or cancel it at any time.

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  • Cancellations or changes must be made directly through the respective platform (Apple or Google).

 

  • Refunds or exchanges for subscriptions purchased through these platforms are not possible due to their policies.

For subscriptions purchased directly through our website:

Important Refund Policy for Subscription Changes:

  • Once a subscription is modified or canceled, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

 

  • Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.
