Can I change the information my card shares?
Anytime. The info shared on tap lives in your online profile. Update your number, job title, socials or links in the Contact Co. app and every future tap shares the latest version instantly—no need to replace your card.
Does the NFC card work without the Contact Co. app?
Yes. The Contact Co. app is only needed during the initial setup or anytime you want to update your information. Once your card is set up, the app is not required for everyday use.
Anyone you share with can simply tap your card with their NFC-enabled smartphone, and your profile opens instantly in their browser—no app is required on their device.
Which phones can read my card?
Your card works with virtually all modern smartphones, including iPhone XR and newer and most Android devices with NFC enabled. On iPhone, the reader is near the top of the phone; on Android, it’s usually in the center of the back. For older devices, you can share your profile with a QR code from the app.
Can I use it for payments?
The NFC card itself doesn’t process payments. Instead, you can link to a payment page or QR code so others can pay you.
